DFW Airport Parking – Dallas Fort Worth
Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW) is located between two major cities Dallas and Fort Worth in the Texas region. The airport is the third busiest airport in the world by aircraft movements and the tenth busiest airport in the world in terms of passenger traffic in 2019. DFW airport is mostly known for international flight services, for which it’s the second busiest in the USA.
The airport has five terminals: Terminal A, B, C, D and E. A new Terminal F was planned to be ready in 2025, but the project was put on hold due to the pandemic.
The airport provides official DFW airport parking options with a wide range of rates. There is:
Terminal - right at all terminals A-E
Express - Express North located north of Terminal A+B, Express South is across Terminal E
Remote - only Remote South is open, Remote North is closed temporarily
Valet - available at all terminals with several spots
Parkobility - Off-site parking at different hotels with free shuttle services
DFW Parking Rates
When it comes to DFW airport parking, residents of Dallas and Fort Worth might have the NTTA TollTag. With an TollTag account it is required to have it secured with a credit card in order to use it for DFW parking.
Without a TollTag parking tickets are available at all "Ticket Only" lanes or can be booked via prepaid parking. For short term parking rates at Terminal lots start from $2 per 30 minutes. (Be careful not to park under 8 minutes, it will be $6.)
DFW long term parking daily rates start from $12 at the Remote lot up to 27$ at Terminal lots or $40 with Valet parking.
DFW Long Term Parking
There is huge variety of long term options for Dallas Fort Worth. Most convenient options are Terminal lots for $27 per day or Valet Parking for $40 available at all terminals.
More economical DFW long term parking is possible at the Express lot for $15 a day or Remote lot for $12. There is a walking distance which can be covered by the "non-stop" bus service which is for free.
DFW Short Term Parking
Parking at Terminal lots is expensive, if you only stay for less than 8 minutes with $6. It will be $2 if you stay 8-30 minutes. At the Express lots you can park 2 hours for $2, but both lots (North and South) are not directly located at terminals. There is a short walking distance.
For people who are waiting at the airport to pick someone up, there is free parking at the North or South Cell Phone Lot.
Valet parking is the most convenient option, but you have to pay the full daily rate of $40.
